Ready for the Belated Mother’s Day Brunch
It’s hard to write something particularly upbeat with so many suffering in Oklahoma today. My prayers go out to those affected.
When tragedy strikes, I always reflect on whether I’m living my life like it matters. If the tornado had hit closer to home, would I have regrets.
While faith is the underlying foundation, family, friends and health are paramount to me.
This weekend I enjoyed time with friends at their Poetry & Potluck gathering, I hosted a belated Mother’s Day Brunch for my family, and I’m collaborating with other Health Coaches to launch a sensational summer detox which I’m not only looking forward to facilitating, but also participating in. Boy, am I ready for this!
Family, friends, and health, with faith as the foundation. You never know what kind of tornado is around the corner. Live in alignment with your values and without regret.
