Now that the cookies have been gobbled up and the tree is down (ok, well ours is still up, but it will be down this weekend), how are you feeling?

Stop! It’s not indulging and celebrating that derails us. What’s more important is how quickly we can get back on track. I call it ‘recovery time.’ Jumping right back into your healthy habits, or developing some new ones is what really counts.
