When you read this, I’ll be enjoying the lush landscape of Costa Rica, spending time deeply recalibrating and connecting with amazing women.

Admittedly the last few months have been particularly challenging and I need this.
I know how it feels to lose focus, get sucked up in overwhelm and wonder where the time has gone.
What I know to be true is that you can’t live in true authenticity and create the life you desire by struggling and hustling.

What is one thought that would serve me best right now?
What is one action I can take to get closer to what I need?
Then do that thing….
