Sometimes the process of becoming is a rough road, but the magic happens on the other side of growth.
Have you heard the phrase “new level, new devil?”
Working on your mindset is like working a muscle. It’s ongoing and never ending if you want to continue experiencing results.
It’s also quite messy.
When I am coaching clients I am just as interested in their inner journey as the outer one.
Even if they did not meet an important goal, I want to examine who they became in the process of going for it.
I have been applying that to my own life for a few years now.
For example, I participated in a four month intensive leadership challenge called Diamond Club in 2019.
It was ambitious.
I decided it mattered if I met the goal, and it didn’t matter.
What mattered is how I had to show up to even be in the game.
I ended up completing the challenge and graduated from Diamond Club, teaching over 50 classes and bringing on over 80 new customers during those four months. I also had A LOT of secret classes too, where no one showed up.
But I showed up.
And therein lies the magic!
