This month there are lots of social media posts on gratitude and various gratitude challenges, but the real challenge is to cultivate that practice all year long.
My own gratitude practice waxed and waned for years. I’d start a gratitude journal and it would last for a month or two, sometime only a week or two.
For the last few years I finally found a way to be consistent. I create short morning and evening gratitude lists and exchange them with an accountability partner. It’s important to set yourself up for success, and for this habit, that’s what it takes me.
And when I fall off the wagon, seeing Corrine’s message to me gets me back on track.
I invite you to to craft your own gratitude practice, one that goes beyond Thanksgiving and the day after turkey sandwiches.
The power, and even the science behind it is remarkable.
What are YOU grateful for?
