How are you doing?
I’ve been experiencing a whole range of emotions over the past week…anger, sadness, disappointment, fear, anxiety, confusion, frustration.
It seems odd to write a newsletter and not address the fact that we are living in volatile, emotional times than can be very triggering.
My only words I can think to share this week would be to take good care...
Feel the feelings. Get support. Reach out. Talk it through. Cry. Yell. Punch the pillow. Sleep. Use your tools. Journal. Apply some essential oils :). Use your voice…
