First of all….I want to let you know about a big change for me this month…my email is now: Kristen@kristenrzasa.com. (yes, finally!)
It will take some time to transition everything and I hope we can stay connected, so please update your records accordingly.
Anyway, onto the good stuff…..
I read this passage the other day (from Pivot by Brianna West):
“Move toward the people who expand your perimeter of possibility, who believe in your potential just a little bit more than your reality. Move toward the people who remind you of the person you know you’re meant to be, the ones who stretch your soul and make you feel something real. move toward the people who remind you of what you contain, who help you fall a little more in love with life. Move toward the people who energize you more than they drain you. These little signs are not so little – they are the makers of our soulmates, in all the forms they come.”
This is EVERYTHING when it comes to your environment, which includes the people who you surround yourself with.
Over the past few years I’ve become even more intentional about this.
Today, it so happens that several groups I’m involved in have calls or events. Isn’t that often the way, everything one the same day!?
Healers Who Share is my go to for energy clearings and belief work.
Business Socialistas – I’m new to Business Socialistas, and joined because they are a vibrant group of women entrepreneurs (who also seem to like to have fun :))
The Evolution – I LOVE my Evolution community for spiritual and personal growth.
100 Women Who Care is a group I’m getting back into after a long hiatus because I want to focus on service and philanthropy.
intenSati Leaders (must be a certified leader to participate) is a way to grow my skills as a leader.
Each of these communities fill a specific intention or provide a type of support I’m seeking.
Of course I also love my TLC Tribe, Boundary Academy and HAYVN communities as well, but thankfully no gatherings on my calendar today for those groups.
These communities bring authenticity, expansion, and inspiration into my world.
Reread the quote above.
Are you surrounding yourself with this type of energy?
By no means do you need a laundry list of communities. My plate may be a little too full.
The beginning of a new year is the perfect time to evaluate your environment and make intentional choices on what groups are still a good fit, and what new communities you may want to explore.
