As April winds down, here are a few of my favorite things this month keeping me healthy and happy.
1. OPC3 – If I could only choose one, this is my go to supplement for keeping me healthy! And now that allergy season is upon us even more people are stock piling their OPC. Studies have shown OPCs to be up to 20 times more powerful than vitamin C and 50 times more powerful than vitamin E in neutralizing free radicals. Isotonix OPC-3 contains the only isotonic form of Pycnogenol® in the world. And did I mention it works? Clients have found relief from joint pain, allergies, acid reflux, heart health, increased energy and much more! Check it out at www.shop.com/interplayhealth or message me to give it a try. (Be sure to choose InterPlay Health as your consultant if it’s your first time).
2. The Tapping Solution – This is my favorite non-fiction read this month. I heard about EFT ,(Emotional Freedom Technique) or ‘tapping’, many years ago and used it once to prepare for surgery. Now tapping is all the rage these days, but only because it works! Check out the videos and give it a try for yourself. I’m looking forward to learning more and incorporating it into my life.

3. Lipstick Queen lipstick trio — Usually my lipstick has worn off by the time I get into my car in the morning. I received this awesome lipstick trio from my fab friend Liz. I had read Poppy King’s story, Lessons of a Lipstick Queen, last fall and was enthralled with her story (and curious about her lipstick). I passed the book on to Liz and she too was fascinated. So, what a nice surprise to get these lipsticks from her. LOVE the colors, and they are DEFINITELY longer lasting than any lipsticks I’ve tried. They are available at Nordstrom’s and lots of other places on line
4. FLOWERS! Any kind, any time. What says spring better than a bunch of yellow tulips? I find that having fresh flowers in the house really brightens my day. Why not go out and grab some and enjoy a breath of spring!
What’s working for you this month?
