Last night I co-faciliated a workshop with the lovely Beth Grace called A Breath of Fresh Qi. It was about harnessing the energies of Feng Shui and the power of essential oils to create an environment for peace and success.
There are a lot of emotions flying around right now. Anger, fear, frustration, smuggness (is that even a word), doubt, joy, elation, snarkiness (another word I’m making up today), sadness, exuberance, stress…you name it, it’s a wide spectrum.
What I focus on is showing up as the best me I can be, and taking responsibility for what I put out into the world.
I loved the information I learned last night about how I can make simple changes in my home to uplevel the energy, and I of course I love sharing how you can use essential oils to do the same thing.
I also set my mindset in a positive direction through music. This is a partial list of what I call Kristen’s Morning Practice set list. The screen shot couldn’t capture the whole thing, but this gives you a good sampling.
I often play it during my Morning Practice (as the name would suggest) to set the tone for the day, but also other times when I need to shift my mood.
