I don’t know about you, but this Tuesday feels an awful lot like a Monday!
I really enjoyed this past holiday weekend and was grateful to gather with Rich’s family to celebrate his Uncle Len’s 90th Birthday. We haven’t seen some of the family since his July 2019 Birthday.
Cookouts, parties, lots of fun…I’m definitely feeling the summer vibes.
The post COVID re-entry has brought more commitments, more gatherings…just more. PLUS, I’m also preparing for my first flight tomorrow since March 2020. Yowza.
Are you feeling it too?
While I love and embrace this, I do kinda miss some of the slowness of 2020.
I’ve mentioned that my focus this year is reinvention.
Be careful what you wish for! There has been a lot brewing in both my personal and business life, but lately, I’m reflecting on the fact that there can’t be reinvention without rejuvenation.
So I decided to focus on rejuvenation as my intention this month. Join me over at Rhythm and Radiance on Facebook or on Instagram (@kristenhrzasa) for more on this throughout the month.
Rejuvenation: 1a: to make young or youthful again: give new vigor to. b: to restore to an original or new state 2a: to stimulate (a stream) to renewed erosive activity especially by uplift.
I love the idea of creating new vigor.
As life gets busier, can we also choose to slow down?
Something to ponder.
