We’re entering that end of year energy right now.
It can be a busy time. It can be a fun time. It can be a sad time. It can be a joyful time.
It can be all of that.
Personally, I’m having ALL those feels and more.
When I’m not feeling particularly cheery, in order to generate some merry vibes I have been focusing on this mantra.
I am at peace and I am surrounded by love.
I don’t have to go all holly jolly, but that mantra helps me to feel grounded and peaceful, which is exactly the feeling I want during this time.
Take time this month to find what quiets and settles your body and mind and practice that regularly.
Maybe it’s a mantra, or meditation, or a yoga practice, or a walk at the beach (actually I’m on board with all of those :)). It can be simple
