Well it doesn’t really feel like spring today, but I thought I’d go with the spring graphic anyway.
I took the last 2-3 weeks off from newslettering and blogging. Yes, I just made that word up.
There was travel, loss, training, playing, and a whole lot of other stuff on my plate, so I just decided to give myself a pass. Sometimes that’s just necessary.
Amid some big family and work commitments, I did manage to attend an amazing training this past weekend. I learned a lot about the brain, energy, feng shui, and a lot of other amazing and useful information.
One of my values is life long learning.
This happens in so many ways. It doesn’t have to be a full day of training in NYC. Reading (look for a blog soon on the books I’ve devoured in the last few months), documentaries (oooh, got some good ones to share in that category too!), podcasts (of course some podcasts are just plain fun – have you checked out We Got This! yet?) are some of my favorite ways to learn.
Since it is something I value, I make it a priority.
I aim to read at least one non fiction book and watch one documentary every month. I simply love learning. It enriches my life in so many ways.
This week I’m sharing a few learning opportunities, all FREE, and some can be done right from your computer. If you didn’t receive the email, head on over to www.interplayhealth.com and jump on my email list, or email me at kristen@interplayhealth.com and I’ll keep you in the loop.
I’m curious, who else is a life long learner, and what are your favorite ways to learn? What have you learned lately?
