It sounds simple, but damn, is it hard! At least it is for me.
But I’m learning.
I’m borrowing this message from the Daily Calm as my intention these days.
It can begin with just taking a long deep breath.
So, that’s where I begin.
I had a beautiful breath work session with the Jedi of Calm, Kathleen Booker, last week.
It is such an interesting feeling to BE rather than to do (which I’m quite good at!).

It’s a challenging time for everyone. We are all blindly finding our way, and it begins by taking a moment to just be.

Maybe it’s savoring the savoring a soup a friend dropped off, or watching the chimpmunks playing, or admiring the flowers in your yard (yep, I’ve got all those covered).
Or maybe it look like something different for you.
