About six years ago, I was approached to facilitate a program called the Transitions Lifestyle System (now renamed to TLS Weight Management Solution). At first I was skeptical. I’m NOT a fan of diets. Could never stick to one myself, and didn’t see the point. I prefer balance.
At the time, my Jazzercise fitness studio was really taking off and I recognized that exercise is definitely NOT enough to lose and/or maintain weight. I decided to keep an open mind and listen to what it was all about, plus I knew that since I had made a career change to the health and fitness industry I needed to become more educated on the topic.
I was hooked!
Our first group consisted of 15 participants, all there for various reason. Many to lose weight, others to lower cholesterol, some to clean up their eating habits and still some who wanted to serve their families healthier meals. We covered low glycemic eating, reading labels, grains, sugars, and the REAL reason why so many of us have trouble losing weight, even though we THINK we’re doing all the right things. The results were wonderful and I’ve continued facilitating ever since.
So, does it work?
Other programs tell you what they think works; With TLS, it’s all about what works for you. TLS is about education and implementation, not limitation. The only limits in TLS are those you put on yourself. Anything is possible when you Live the Lifestyle.

Fist, a six week tele class so that you can participate anywhere, anytime on YOUR schedule. The six recorded session will be available each week, plus you’ll have email access to me for questions and a private FB group.
Second, I’ll be hosting a six week session at my home which will include the same valuable information, but also DINNER every Monday night. Each week while you’re listening to the information, you’ll be treated to an easy and nutritious meal (and go home with the recipe).
