With a new season underway, and inches away from a new quarter, it is a perfect time to regroup. At least that’s what I’m feeling. I find it helpful to take stock of what I want to accomplish in the coming months and clear out the chaos in my mind.
How about you?
Do you get overwhelmed with the many balls you’re juggling?
Does your brain work on overdrive because you’re always afraid something is going to fall through the cracks?
Are you unsure how to prioritize?
Does all your time go to the boring minutia, with no time left for the good stuff?
I’ve been there.
My overactive brain has kept me up in the middle of the night thinking I forgot something important or listing all the things I need to get done from scheduling a dentist appointment, to paying a bill (wait, did I already pay that bill? or didn’t I?), to starting to plan my first post COVID vacation, to calling the plumber, to launching my website….you get the picture. And yes, those were all things floating around my mind the other night.
This workshop will be a hands on, get ‘er done, interactive experience.
We will walk through a process to reduce overwhelm, get organized, and reduce the clutter in your mind so that you can create an intentional rhythm with this spring that brings you more joy and ease.
AND we will actually do it. TOGETHER.
I’ve been to plenty seminars and read books, heck I taught time management around the country, and yet I struggled to put it into practice.
I use this process to plan annually, monthly, and whenever I am overworked, overtired, and need to regroup.
So how about it?
