After years of dance, gymnastics, and cheerleading (especially college cheerleading getting tossed in the air, and occasionally landing on my butt), I have suffered from back pain for decades!
I’m so grateful to have found The MELT Method and even happier that I can do this for myself in only ten minutes a day, three times per week.
