A Gentle Winding Down

A powerful practice to celebrate the season and wind down the year.

Join for a beautiful ritual to celebrate the season and create a closure for the year.
We’ll begin with an intenSati flow which combines energetic movement with high emotion mantra to awaken the mind, body and spirit. This practice will train you to be an observer of your thoughts and choose powerful positive ones that will leave you uplifted, connected and strong.
Then we’ll transition to find stillness with a restorative yoga practice using the Element of Water as a focal point. Using meditative breath prompts, affirmations, and gentle pauses, you will leave feeling rested, open and more connected to yourself and your world.
