I saw this post on Instagram recently from robinnyc from Peleton. She’s one of my faves on the app. I haven’t ventured into the bike yet, but I love the classes on the app.
Her words really struck me.
Legacy is something I do give thought to.
It’s been on my mind even more this month since it’s a big celebration/anniversary month….my Birthday, my Dad’s Birthday, the anniversary of my Dad’s passing (28 years this year) and now the first anniversary of my Mom’s passing.
So with this full slate my focus this month is on healing and celebration, and that includes even the micro decision as robinnyc says.
As I get ready for my own next trip around the sun, I want to pause and reflect about the chapter of my story I’m writing next.
