I usually like to send this out on Tuesdays, but my body just wasn’t having it yesterday. I took care of the minimum tasks and commitments I had and nothing more. I was reminded that when you are feeling depleted, your body is telling you to take some time to reflect on what you might need.
The natural state of our bodies is one of energy, balance, and clarity. In order to create that, it’s important to continue to cultivate a refined awareness and make changes as needed.
In the meantime, I’m loving these hints of spring emerging around us.
