Visualizing is a powerful way to channel energy.
I’ve used it in many ways – vision board, meditation, and currently, I like using the iMovie I made a year ago for visualizing.
I’ve manifested my current house, my former Jazzercise studio, my flexible work arrangements, and much more over the years with the aid of visualization.
It may sound woowoo to some, but there’s sound scientific reasoning as to why athletes and performers use this technique all the time.
When I used to coach and mentor women training to audition to become Jazzercise instructors, they often wanted to practice the routines up to the last minute.
On the morning of their audition, I always encouraged them to lie on the bed or on the floor, play the music and visualize EXACTLY how the audition would go — their cues, their moves, their outfits, and most importantly, how they would FEEL at the end when they walked off the stage.
Want something different?
Try visualizing the outcome, AND then take the first step to making it a reality.
