I was listening to a YouTube video over the weekend where the woman proposed that listeners complete this sentence:
“To feel amazing I will…..”
Hmmm. I thought that was a helpful phrase to ponder.
Sure, we’d all like to feel amazing, right?
But what specific steps are we taking to make that happen?
So, when I sat down to plan my week (a regular Sunday night ritual), I had that question in the back of my head, and let it guide me as I outlined my prioirities for the week.
How can I expect to feel amazing if I haven’t made it a priority?
There are some things that are always on my list like movement, lots of water, and essential oils, but there are definitely other practices, tools and actions I could weave into my day to feel even more “amazing.” I put that in quotes because some days I’m feeling pretty far from amazing, so feeling alright would even be nice.
Today I added some time outside, including getting my movement in ourdoors (a walk at the beach). I even made a couple of snow angels in my backyard.
Small actions. Big differences.
