This kind of attention will add to your experiences of flowing with what is, rather than trying to “make” things happen. This will create more “beingness” in your life. Sometimes “doingness” can appear to dominate and block our view of beingness. Our souls and spirits need beingness like oxygen- and we all feel it when there’s too much doing. See how you feel when you can allow something. Then compare it to resisting.
